Responsibilities & Context:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.·
Manage all troubleshooting problems and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.·
Check system maintenance by assisting with installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware, software, and networks.·
Guide users on best practices for using IT resources, and assist with on-boarding and training for new software or systems.·
Assist in the implementation of updates, patches, and new software to ensure that systems are updated·
Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and common solutions.·
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with end users.
Work closely with other IT team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve IT services
