∎ Centranix is looking for a qualified Customer Delivery Manager to join our team to handle project delivery of Australian, UK and New Zealand customers. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager in tech seeking a broad, customer focused role in a high growth business. In short, we are looking for a technology-focused project manager to manage the delivery of multiple customer projects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Customer Delivery Manager will take over new customers from sales and work closely with multiple stakeholders to manage delivery projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and success. Typical customers are large boutique real estate agencies, and you will work with all functions of the business and customers to develop project and change management strategies to support successful delivery implementation and solutions.
∎ This end-to-end role requires extensive stakeholder and relationship management so you MUST have excellent English speaking and writing skills to communicate with foreign client solver video calls, meetings and presentations.
∎ You will also be involved in continual refinements and enhancements to deliver more sophisticated solutions, as the technology enables customers to transform their business.
∎ The business and team is highly focused on customer led outcomes, so you will be confident to drive relationships and initiatives inside and outside of the organisation, including with key corporate customers and partners.
∎ High-level relationship-building and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role, and the business expects the ability to drive collaboration, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ A mix of Technical knowledge in the field of computer sciences will be an advantage

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
