Job Context:
∎ HEED Bangladesh is a Non-Government and non-political National Organization working in the field of Health, Education, and Economic Development for more than 49 (forty-nine) years. The Organization invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of IT-Assistant.
∎ • Start Date- As soon as possible .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Provide hardware and software maintenance services.
∎ • Tackle IT-related issues with confidence, troubleshoot technical glitches, and assist in maintaining our technology infrastructure
∎ • Provide IT support to all user, this includes the Desktops, Laptops, Scanners, wireless Routers, Printers, etc.
∎ • Assist to troubleshoot any network, hardware & software, CC Camera issues.
∎ • Help users troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
∎ • Responding to employee queries and requests.
∎ • Test and evaluate new technology.
∎ • Assist IT Officer in work.
∎ • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Excellent oral and written (English and Bangla) communications skills.
∎ • Good skills in common word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel).
∎ • Team player and self-starter.
∎ • Flexible and able to embrace change positively.
∎ • High sense of confidentiality.
