∎ Good knowledge of IT troubleshooting
∎ Good knowledge of management information systems, inventory management, and vendor management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IT Planning, and budgeting as per IT Policy and management instructions
∎ Help procurement and deployment of IT Assets as per procurement policy–
∎ IT Asset record Maintenance: allocating IT assets to each staff member based on needs and requirements approved by management.
∎ Proper and good maintenance of IT Assets through regular check-ups and troubleshooting.
∎ Finding and liaison with reliable, and authorized vendors for maintenance of IT equipment, and repairing equipment based on need such as Computers, Laptops, and Mobiles.
∎ Maintain necessary data backup in external storage per policy and management guidance.
∎ Safeguarding the IT assets in the office and regular installations of anti-virus software to prevent data loss and asset damage.
∎ Provide regular support to all projects for IT Functions and troubleshooting
∎ Visit to field to track and Monitor for efficient use of IT
∎ Training of personnel in IT maintenance and efficient use.
∎ Work as part of a team
∎ Show respect to other staff members and work in a socially diverse environment
∎ Plan, develop, execute, maintain website, Facebook, X Handle, Twitter, LinkedIn, You Tube, LAN, Internet, all issues with IP address, etc.
∎ Design, build, and maintain a broad social media presence.
∎ Measures the impact of all digital media campaigns and keeps records
∎ Consult with all relevant staff members and engage them in digital marketing planning, development, and implementation
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
∎ Content writing for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand guidelines.
∎ Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms to expand our social media audience base.
∎ Regular online advertising, reviewing and amending keywords and ad groups to optimize performance.
∎ Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing the subscriber base and engaging them.
∎ Coordinate with print and electronic media houses, press for campaign, printing, and production of our magazine, leaflets, educational materials, and some merchandise, including writing, editorial, etc.
∎ Implement brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all areas of work.
∎ Monitor, report, and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and others, so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate
∎ Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
∎ Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the position.

∎ Job Location: Dhaka based.
∎ The IT and Digital Marketing officer will have two major functions; IT support and digital marketing. S/he will be responsible for the smooth running of IT infrastructure and operations across the organization and marketing of IFB activities and the hospital services, using print, electronic, and all kinds of social/digital media. Plan, develop, and implement all aspects of digital marketing strategy to reach more people, raise more funds, and build stronger relationships with our audiences.
