• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics

• Strong financial acumen and experience with valuation and due diligence skills in a similar role within an investment bank, asset management and private equity firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA L1/L2) is a plus.

• Age 24 to 40 years

• Develop and execute asset management strategies for the firm`s portfolio, including sourcing, asset allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management within mutual funds and private equity funds.

• Coordinate with research team to perform in-depth market research, competitive analysis and financial analysis to identify and evaluate investment opportunities and trends.

• Perform comprehensive business, financial and relevant analysis to support investment decisions.

• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and present findings to the investment committee.

• Monitor and manage portfolio company performance and provide support when necessary.

• Oversee and manage key projects and duties within the research, investment, and relevant departments.

• Assist in preparing fund-related materials, including presentations, policy documents and due diligence questionnaires, to coordinate fund operation and fundraising efforts.

• Oversee and guide fund launching and administration activities, including investor reporting.

• Stay updated on the new and existing regulatory rules and navigate the management and administration of mutual funds or other alternative investment fund structures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Serve as a key liaison between investment team and operation team to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

• Maintain and update internal systems for tracking performance and operational milestones

• Manage relationships with external partners such as entrepreneurs, investors, and legal counsel.

• Collaborate and support the senior management to refine and execute the firm`s overall strategy.
