∎ BBA/MBA majoring in Finance or Masters in Economics any Business Discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research and analysis across the venture capital industry, as well as tends in venture capital markets, the innovation economy and other relevant spaces.
∎ Prepare Investment Memoranda and analyzing financial information relating to specific companies
∎ Conducting for primary due diligence on potential startup Investment, analyzing their markets and financial projections for negotiation deal terms
∎ Prepare and manage database of existing investment and potential opportunities
∎ Keep close contact with existing investee portfolio companies as well as potential clients.
∎ Keeping up to date with market developments, new investment products and all other areas that can affect the markets.
∎ Job Location: Banani, Dhaka
