Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have Diploma/ BSC in Food Technology / Dairy Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Physics
Job Context:
∎ The intern will support the QAD team of BRAC Dairy and Food Project (Aarong Dairy)Where the intern is expected to work in the Factory.
∎ One of the major responsibility of the intern would be to enhance the visibility of the QAD team
∎ The intern will work with the QA Officer and Microbiologist and learn dairy technology, dairy chemistry, dairy processing and process control, and online process verification
∎ Duration:- 6 months
∎ Working hour:- 8 hours per day (Saturday - Thursday)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in quality testing of raw milk and milk products
∎ Assisting in preparing chemical solutions for milk testing
∎ Testing and sampling raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
∎ Assisting in verify online records
∎ Segregate market return products
∎ Maintain records of all tests performed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Extracurricular/ social volunteering activities in college/ university will get priority
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Writing and reporting skill
∎ Communicative and responding to assigned task
∎ Knowledge of food safety norms and standards (BSTI, BFSA & ISO)
∎ Sound knowledge of MS words, Excel and PPT
∎ Teamwork, relation building ability
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The intern will get stipend of BDT. 5000 per month
