B.Sc. in CSE / EEE / IT / Telecommunication or related discipline.
Professional certifications will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
6–10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, System Administration, or IT Security.
Experience in large group of companies, manufacturing, FMCG, agro/feed, factory, or multi-location business environment will be preferred.
Required Certification:
Cisco certification is mandatory/preferred, such as: CCNA, CCNP
Cisco Wireless / Enterprise Networking certification will get strong preference.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Cisco switch, router, VLAN, trunking, STP, routing, ACL, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
Practical knowledge of enterprise Wi-Fi design and management, including AP placement, channel planning, roaming, SSID, controller, and user load management.
Good understanding of firewall, network security, endpoint security, access control, and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of Fortinet / Sophos / Cisco / Palo Alto firewall will be preferred.
Good knowledge of server, virtualization, backup, AD, DNS, DHCP, and basic system administration.
Ability to handle critical downtime, network incidents, and security issues independently.
Strong documentation, communication, team management, and vendor coordination skills.
Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco switch, router, firewall, access point, controller, and related network devices.
Design, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale Wi-Fi environment for office, factory, warehouse, and multi-user business locations.
Ensure stable LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet, and inter-branch connectivity.
Configure and monitor firewall policies, access control, VPN, NAT, threat protection, and network security rules.
Implement IT security controls for endpoint, network, server, user access, and data protection.
Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, uptime, latency, and security incidents.
Manage VLAN, subnetting, routing, switching, wireless roaming, SSID planning, and access segregation.
Coordinate with ISP, vendors, SBU IT teams, and internal stakeholders for infrastructure support.
Maintain documentation for network diagram, IP plan, firewall rules, device inventory, and security policy.
Ensure backup, redundancy, disaster recovery readiness, and preventive maintenance of infrastructure devices.
Support IT audit, compliance, risk assessment, and cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
Lead infrastructure team members and ensure timely support for Head Office, factories, depots, and remote locations.
