• Assist in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating Foundation projects, programs, and community initiatives.

• Coordinate with management, coordinators, volunteers, campus representatives, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare project work plans, activity schedules, progress reports, and related documentation.

• Monitor project activities and timelines to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and objectives.

• Conduct field visits and provide operational support during project implementation, events, campaigns, and outreach activities.

• Maintain project records, beneficiary databases, activity reports, photographs, and supporting documents.

• Assist in organizing workshops, awareness campaigns, fundraising programs, training sessions, and community engagement activities.

• Coordinate resource allocation and logistics required for project implementation.

• Identify implementation challenges and communicate recommendations for effective resolution.

• Support management in assessing project outcomes, impact, and lessons learned.

• Ensure project activities comply with the Foundation's policies, objectives, and ethical standards.

• Perform any other project management, coordination, or administrative duties assigned by the management.
