Responsibilities & Context:
Handle overall sourcing of materials and suppliers for footwear production
Follow up product development from initial sample to final approval
Coordinate and track sample development with factories and vendors
Monitor production process to ensure quality, cost, and delivery timeline
Communicate with suppliers for pricing, materials, and technical details
Ensure timely execution of orders from development to shipment
Maintain accurate records of sourcing, samples, and production updates
Work closely with design, development, and production teams for smooth workflow
Solve production and sourcing-related issues with quick decision-making
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and requirements
