Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary role of the job is for a Senior International Sales and Marketing Executive for New York based company. The clients you will be providing sales services to are located all over the world in over 30 different countries so we are only looking for experienced and seasoned professionals with great communication skills with advanced fluency in English, both speaking and writing and ability to work at nights at our Uttara office.
∎ The work hours in Dhaka time are Monday - Friday from 8:00pm - 5:00am and Saturdays from 11pm - 5am:. Sundays are off. IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK AND WRITE VERY GOOD ENGLISH, DO NOT APPLY!!! If you can meet these requirements, please proceed as we are looking for top talent.
∎ You will be working with senior management located in New York to increase customer base and sales revenues.
∎ Must maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers assigned to you as well as actively seek out new customers and sales opportunities.
∎ Must follow up with customers on a daily basis to try and get new orders and increase sales.
∎ Must deliver sales reports and updates with head office in New York on a weekly basis.
∎ Must have extraordinary customer service skills and attention to detail to follow an entire life cycle of an order starting from sending the offer, negotiating the order, entering the order into our system, keeping customer up to date on order processing status, and finally shipping the order.
∎ Must provide excellent customer service if there was anything wrong with the shipment or if the customer was dissatisfied in anyway.
∎ Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and entire suite of Microsoft Office programs.
∎ Must have strong command of computers as you will be required to enter sales orders, create offers, send offers, and analyze inventory and sales data across various software systems.
∎ Execute other office processes and requirements as necessary including but not limited to routine office tasks, data entry, data formatting, sales analysis, project coordination, and many other tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 to 10 year(s) of senior level sales experience.
∎ Must be able to comfortably and fluently speak and write in English as all work and communication will be in English.
∎ Only males allowed to apply.
∎ Must be able to work night shift in accordance to USA office times.
∎ Must have advanced skills in Excel with knowledge of v-lookups to quickly cross reference different sets of data to create offers, analyze prices, and compare items.
∎ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a huge bonus but not required. Graphic design and creative/artistic skills will have big advantage.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to multi task with constant workloads in a pressurized environment.
∎ Honest and highly motivated personality who can meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Strong commercial acumen
