Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
∎ Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
∎ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM) and adapt to changing priorities.
∎ Work hours in Dhaka time are Monday to Friday from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, and Saturdays from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM (if required by the company, Saturday work is mandatory). Sundays are off.
∎ You will be working with senior management located at the New York head office.
∎ Must be able to work night shifts in accordance with USA office hours.
∎ Must have advanced skills in Excel, including knowledge of VLOOKUPs to quickly cross-reference different data sets, create offers, analyze prices, and compare items.
∎ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a huge bonus but not required. Graphic design and creative/artistic skills will be a significant advantage.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to multitask with constant workloads in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Strong commercial acumen.

∎ Stakeholder Communication:
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
∎ Prepare and present project reports and presentations to stakeholders.
∎ Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure all project records are up to date.
∎ Utilize Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint to create and manage project-related documents and presentations.
∎ Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that arise.
∎ Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
∎ Implement best practices and process improvements.
∎ Working Hours: 8 PM - 5 AM (NIGHT-SHIFT)
