Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/B.Sc in Computer Science/ Master Degree from any reputed University.
∎ Bachelor/ Masters Degree preferably in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics or other related subjects.
∎ Candidate should have Bachelor/ Masters from repute Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the Company including brand communications, merchandising, reporting and management of all office & retails store employees. As manager, you will report to and coordinate with senior management from our corporate office in both Bangla and English. Must speak fluent English.
∎ Detailed responsibilities include: office & employee operations, audit operations with Bangladesh Govt. authorities (NBR, Customs, VAT etc), managing staff, training sales staff on better communication with customers to increase sales.
∎ Establish guidelines to develop effective Sales & Marketing strategies.
∎ Give training to sales team/executives and share preexisting experience and knowledge on how to effectively engage customers and make sales. Must be an excellent sales person with natural ability to entice customers to buy.
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential customers/clients along with new sales opportunities. Must quickly recognize sales trends and adapt sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profit.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit targets with proper planning and execution.
∎ Follow up all the office operations, accounts operations, warehouse operations, sales and promotional activities.
∎ Work with important global vendors including brands such as Loreal, Versace, Hermes, Christian Dior, Calvin Klein, Estee Lauder, Coty, Puig and many others. You will support senior management from corporate office to build and maintain relationships with these vendors. Process new/old order, negotiate pricing & others beneficial things for the benefit of the company.
∎ Work with personnel of Govt. agencies such as Customs Bond officers, NBR officers, Civil Aviation officers, Narcotics officers, and others.
∎ Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review meetings
∎ Must live close to Uttara so he can come to office and airport within 40 mins.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years retail experience as operations manager of reputable international or local group of companies.
∎ Proficiency in English is a MUST (Speaking, Reading, Writing). Those who do not know intermediate to advanced English, DO NOT APPLY.
∎ Experience preferred in high end, luxury retailing environment. Experience in perfumes and cosmetics is a big advantage.
∎ Exceptional and outstanding leadership and ability to engage and communicate with foreign Brands/vendors/supplier/shipping agents in a professional and friendly manner in both Bangla and English. Must be able to train other office/sales people with the same skills.
∎ If you do not have experience as a operations manager/brand manager at a major international or local group of companies. Please do not apply as we will automatically reject you.
∎ If you are not outstanding at selling and communication, we will reject you.
∎ You should have clean image and free from any criminal offenses. Police clearance certificate from Police Headquarters is required for certain duties.

∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a pressurized environment.
