Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and target potential clients on various international marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
∎ Develop a sales strategy to pitch and win projects on these platforms.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
∎ Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
∎ Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
∎ Create and run all Social media Ads campaigns to promote services (preferred).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
