∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tele Marketing, Customer Support through Phone
∎ HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline can apply.
∎ Excellent fluency in speaking English & good command on English vocabulary.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word.
∎ Good accent with perfect pronunciation will get privilege.
∎ Self Motivated, Hard Working and Proactive.
∎ Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
∎ Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, Wikipedia, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This job is based on the outsourcing industry so candidates should be flawless in Internet browsing as well as English language.APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL IN ENGLISH.
∎ Apply only if you are comfortable working at (Bangladesh Time 2:00PM to 10:15PM)
∎ Making outbound calls to Europe & USA-Canada
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets
∎ Convince clients to take our service
∎ Onboard clients and bringing revenue
∎ Attending training sessions arranged by management
∎ Any other task as assigned by the organization.
∎ Making sure client's payment after onboarding
∎ Retaining Client for long term

∎ KPI/ Sales Bonus from the very beginning of the employment.
Generally, you can earn 5-10k extra on top of your salary every month if you hit the sales target.
