Responsibilities & Context:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and maintain an internal communications strategy aligned with the Culture Book rollout phases to ensure consistent promotion and reinforcement of the organization’s values and culture.
  • Design and update annual communication calendars for both office and factory audiences to ensure timely and relevant information flow tailored to their unique needs and contexts.

Message Crafting

  • Craft and refine clear, emotionally resonant messages on behalf of senior leaders (MD, CEO, others) to build trust, alignment, and connection between leadership and employees.
  • Translate abstract organizational values into relatable stories and accessible language to foster deep understanding and personal connection across all levels of the workforce.

Multi-Channel Delivery

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of internal communications across multiple channels (e.g., WhatsApp, posters, intranet, newsletters) to ensure message consistency and reach across diverse employee groups.
  • Embed cultural themes, visual identity, and tone into all communication materials to reinforce brand values and build a unified employee experience.

Campaigns & Launches

  • Lead and oversee the creative development of internal culture campaigns (e.g., “One Team, One Dream,” value-of-the-month, culture days) to drive emotional connection, participation, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to deliver visually compelling and message-consistent content that supports key internal initiatives.

Employee Engagement

  • Identify and share authentic employee stories that reflect company values in action to celebrate positive behaviors and inspire a culture of ownership, pride, and belonging.
  • Enable and support the Culture Champions Network with communication tools, templates, and guides to empower consistent messaging and grassroots engagement across locations and departments.

Measurement & Adaptation

  • Monitor and analyze the reach, engagement, and feedback from internal communication activities to understand effectiveness and continuously improve relevance and resonance.
  • Adapt and refine communication tone, language, and delivery formats based on audience insights to ensure inclusivity, clarity, and emotional impact across diverse employee segments.
