∎ MBA/MBS with BBA/BBS Degree major in Accounting/Finance /Management/Marketing from any reputed University.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 1 years as an Internal Auditor in the Microfinance Program or Region/Area position of the Program.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
∎ Willing to travel extensively to any place in Bangladesh
∎ Frequent field visits to monitor the field activities and develop the capacity of MFP staff.
∎ Sound knowledge of Computer Literacy including MS Office packages and the MFP software.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, polite, dynamic, hard-working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
∎ At least 1 years as an Internal Auditor in the Microfinance Program or Region/Area position of the Program.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check & verify all passbooks balance with the software by performing physical presence.
∎ Frequent visits to different Group members all over the country for physical verification.
∎ Making Loan disbursement & Savings return matching against a list of members in the system and balance confirmation.
∎ Ensure overdue are being tracked and inform the respective team for prompt collection.
∎ produce and generate reports on the audit findings with relevant analysis and comparison.
∎ Prepare receivables aging report.
∎ monitor accounts records including ledger, cash book, cheque, salary register, budget variance report, invoice, vouchers, or any other documents.
∎ As an Internal Auditor, perform routine audit work in the branch office.
∎ Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all different kinds of payments to ensure compliance with existing policies.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on audit findings with necessary analysis, observations, comparison and recommendations.
∎ Work closely with the Microfinance Program team to ensure develop this program.
∎ Carry out other tasks assigned from time to time by management.
∎ Working area: Dhaka Head Office with frequent field visits to different districts all Bangladesh.
∎ Responsibilities:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 38,700 (During probation period of 06 months).
∎ After successful completion of the 6 (six) months’ probation period total salary will be given 43,500.
∎ Opportunity to get performance allowance of maximum Tk.1,000.
∎ 2 Festival Bonuses, 20 % Boishakhi Vata & Leave encasement facilities,
∎ Mobile bills, TA & DA & Lunch Allowances will be applicable as per organization policy.
∎ Tk. 38,700 (During probation period of 06 months).
