Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors /Masters in accounting
∎ Candidates need to have knowledge on Micro-finance software (knowledge on microfin 360 software will be an advantage)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control, management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
∎ • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
∎ • Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports etc.
∎ • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
∎ • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
∎ • Maintain proper communication with management and audit team.
∎ • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
∎ • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
∎ • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
∎ • Support to Accounts Department.
∎ • Review monthly basis internal control system, financial transactions & books of accounts of Branch office.
∎ • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Excellent oral and written (English and Bangla) communications skills.
∎ • Good skills in common word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel).
∎ • Team player and self-starter.
∎ • Flexible and able to embrace change positively
∎ • Extensive field visit is required
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
