∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effective support to the Programme/ Project operations for achieving set goals and targets (80%):
∎ The position mainly will responsible for Outcome/Result 3 & 4 of the project to implement and facilitate all activities as per PIP at the field level.
∎ The position will play a comprehensive role to operate & facilitate the online funding mechanism 'NORIBA website' to generate crowdfunding.
∎ Ensure the functioning of the website and coordinate the issue to facilitate operational & technical issues.
∎ Coordinate to ongoing project teams for collecting bio-data prepares the short case for using the NORIBA website to upload.
∎ Provide overall assistance to develop a mechanism for collecting Zakat locally.
∎ Organize meetings and fund collection mechanisms from Islamic Commercial Banks, corporate sector to collect CSR funds to finance for the replication of the EEP model.
∎ Facilitate to form a "National Cooperative Network" bringing all Apex bodies that IRB develop in all projects
∎ Assist with its registration with Govt. Cooperative department
∎ Will be responsible for Organizing bi-yearly meetings/workshop of the Cooperative alliance
∎ Develop follow-up support mechanism for the Apex Bodies
∎ Assist in developing a business plan for Apex bodies
∎ Provide support to the project team to implement activities as per plan.
∎ Facilitate the approval process of projects documents
∎ Facilitate case studies preparation and input to NORIBA website as required
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the project and program management to be performed.
∎ Communication, Reporting, and Documentation (10%)
∎ Support to organize and conduction of meetings and ensure meeting minutes.
∎ Tracking the progress of project activities regularly.
∎ Coordination and communication with project stakeholders, GOs, NGOs, Private Sectors, CBOs, Service Providers, and IRCO.
∎ Assist in network building with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Prepare qualitative & quantitative report of project activities
∎ Others (10%):
∎ Support provides to manage & maintaining admin, logistic, procurement issues.
∎ Not limited to but any other tasks assigned by Supervisor concerning project activities as a team member.
∎ Being a member of Islamic Relief as a child-friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each staff member to understand and obey the IR Child Protection Policy & Other Safeguarding policy and respond accordingly as and when required.
