∎ Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Inscape, Adobe Creative Suite).
∎ Strong understanding of architectural and design principles and construction methods.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
∎ Have management skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute interior design and architectural concepts for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.
∎ Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project requirements and constraints.
∎ Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 etc.).
∎ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
∎ Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
∎ Research materials, furnishings, and finishes to ensure quality and sustainability in design solutions.
∎ Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and environmental regulations.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.
