∎ Welding Instructor: NSQF/BNQF Level-1 The Welding Instructor must have practical and theoretical knowledge of all major welding types including SMAW, GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), FCAW, OAW, SAW, Spot Welding, PAW, and basic LBW, along with material-specific welding techniques.
∎ Electrical Instructor: NTVQF Level-2
∎ Plumbing Instructor: NTVQF Level-2
∎ Masonry Instructor: NTVQF Level-2 + CBT&A Methodology Level-4
∎ Digital Marketing Instructor: NSQF Level-3 + CBT&A Methodology Level-4

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions as per the curriculum standards (NSQF, BNQF, NTVQF, CBT&A methodology).
∎ Deliver structured lessons and hands-on training, ensuring trainees achieve competency in their trade (Welding, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, or Digital Marketing).
∎ Prepare lesson plans, daily training schedules, teaching materials, and assessments according to the training framework.
∎ Demonstrate practical techniques, use of tools, and proper safety procedures to trainees during practice sessions.
∎ Assess trainees’ skills regularly through practical evaluations, theory exams, and workplace simulation activities.
∎ Ensure all training equipment, machinery, and tools are properly maintained and used safely by trainees.
∎ Foster a professional learning environment, encouraging discipline, attendance, and strong work ethics among students.
∎ Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, skill progression, and assessment outcomes.
∎ Provide individual coaching and mentorship to help trainees meet national occupational standards.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and updates in skill development frameworks (NSQF, BNQF, NTVQF).
∎ Guide students to prepare for national and international certification examinations.
∎ Participate in continuous professional development and refresher training as required by the training center.
∎ Ensure compliance with training center policies, industry safety regulations, and quality standards.
