Key Roles and Responsibilities
Provide accurate, up-to-date information and guidance to prospective and enrolled students regarding programmes, progression routes, academic expectations, and institutional policies
Offer one-to-one advice and guidance sessions to support students with academic, personal, or wellbeing-related concerns
Act as a first point of contact for welfare matters and refer students to appropriate internal or external support services when required
Monitor student engagement and attendance, identifying early signs of risk and escalating concerns in line with institutional procedures
Maintain confidential student welfare records in accordance with data protection and safeguarding requirements
Support induction activities, orientation programmes, and student awareness sessions
Work closely with Academic, Admissions, Compliance, and Administrative teams to ensure coordinated student support
Contribute to student retention strategies and ongoing student support initiatives
Provide guidance on reasonable adjustments and inclusive support where appropriate
Assist with compliance-related reporting and documentation linked to student welfare and support
