Educational Requirements:
∎ A master's degree in special education, inclusive education, or another field of study related to Education or a Bachelors degree in special education, inclusive education, or another field of study related to Education with one-year experience preferably in a position supporting teachers/education officials in education sector (preferably in inclusive education).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of the theories, practices, and principles guiding inclusive education.
∎ Understanding of inclusive education regulations and rules, including Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
∎ Extensive understanding of need-based education programs, modifications, and revisions.
∎ To work effectively with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders, one needs to possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ The capacity to gather, examine, and evaluate data in order to improve inclusive behaviors and guide decision-making.
∎ Proficiency with software for inclusive education, assistive education, and LMS.
∎ Highly developed organizational abilities as well as the ability to handle many responsibilities and priorities.
∎ Promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion through education
∎ In a month, maximum 60% of the time may be required to work in the field.
