Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of project activities, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and values.
∎ Collaborate with project teams to establish project goals, objectives, and timelines, and oversee their attainment.
∎ Monitor project progress, manage resources, and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
∎ Supervise project team, assign tasks, and ensure their responsibilities are clearly defined.
∎ Develop project budgets, oversee financial aspects, and ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
∎ Prepare regular project status reports for the Executive Director and other stakeholders.
∎ Infuse diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all project activities, policies, and procedures.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine strategies that promote DEI within projects.
∎ Advocate for policies that uphold DEI values and contribute to a more inclusive and equitable working environment.
∎ Act as a champion for inclusion, addressing concerns, and fostering a safe and diverse workplace.
∎ Develop and nurture partnerships with external organizations, stakeholders, and communities to advance DEI objectives.

∎ SRS is set to implement the USAID Bijoyee Project, a five-year project supported by CARE Bangladesh, in collaboration with a consortium of youth-led and youth-serving organizations. BIYA's primary objective is to empower youth, especially young women and socially marginalized individuals, who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). The project aims to equip them with market-oriented soft and life skills, resources, and social capital to secure green and gainful employment, fostering significant social and environmental impact. Bijoyee will focus on strengthening the youth ecosystem, providing organizational development support to national and grassroots youth organizations, offering incubation and start-up assistance to young entrepreneurs, and promoting youth-inclusive policies and planning. The project will be executed in urban and per-urban areas, encompassing seventeen districts, with the strategic partnership of the Department of Youth Development (DYD) and relevant government and private sectors.
∎ SRS is welcoming applications from young Bangladeshi professionals for the role of Inclusion Lead. The position is located in Dhaka and reports directly to the Executive Director. The Inclusion Lead's primary responsibilities include leading project team, mapping youth-specific and youth-relevant policies, establishing an inclusion mapping system, and collaborating with other project partners. Additionally, the Inclusion Lead will closely cooperate with the Executive Director to facilitate project activities.
