• Retired person from defense background having experience in Security Surveillance in RMG industry will get preference.

• Minimum 5–7 years in industrial security, preferably in textile/RMG sector.

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and surveillance technologies.

• Proven track record of managing teams and handling critical situations.

• Ability to prepare clear reports and coordinate with management and external stakeholders.

• Strong leadership & incident management skills Knowledge of compliance standards & reporting

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Security Surveillance In-Charge to oversee and strengthen our company’s safety and monitoring systems. This role is critical in ensuring the protection of our people, property, and production facilities, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and buyer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure continuous vigilance.

• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activities.

• Identify vulnerabilities in factory premises and recommend improvements.

• Supervise and train security personnel to maintain discipline and efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and buyer compliance standards.

• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures to management.

• Liaise with local law enforcement and external agencies when required.

• Manage rosters, discipline, and performance of the security team.

• Regulate movement of staff, visitors, vehicles, and goods to prevent unauthorized access.

• Investigate theft, assault, loss, or suspicious activity; maintain detailed records.

• Ensure adherence to company security protocols.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on security operations, incidents, and preventive measures.
