Ex military personnel with experience in RMG sector is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Command & Managing about 100 security guards.
Ensure protection of factory premises against unauthorized intrusion.
Safeguard the properties and assets from all kind of damage, theft & pilferage.
Ensure security team members are performing duties sincerely & delicately.
Train security members & monitor their activities.
Conduct routine & surprise patrol to ensure proper security.
Liaison with emergency services & local law enforcing agencies.
Any other duties assigned by the management.
