Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure full compliance of Community Center operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
∎ Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures.
∎ Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the Community Center and management.
∎ Developing improvement actions and carry out cost savings.
∎ Closely monitor the Community Center business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
∎ Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the owners.
∎ Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment's and services.
∎ Provide effective leadership to team members.
∎ Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition
∎ Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
∎ Any other task is assigned by Management from time to time.
