Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Electrical, Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute all tasks to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems of lift / Elevator
∎ Participate in all electrical maintenance works (power generation, power distribution, fire detection system, pumps, solar system, data and transmission service, PA System etc.) at districts level.
∎ Monitor all of respective list of equipments in guarantee period ; transformer, ACBs, BBT, load changeover switch, electrical controlling panel of booster pump, electrical panel of chiller, deep pump, auto car parking systems, fire alarm and control panel, BMS server PC, water fountain electrical panel etc.;
∎ Coordinate with mechanical and civil team with all related works of projects and maintenance related activities at Upazila / district level.
∎ Participate in troubleshooting of the electrical works (lighting, electrical distribution boards, electrical cable, UPS, AC, Generator, CCTV etc.) at Sailor outlets;
∎ Perform all types of yearly maintenance.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted services at 24/7 basis.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: Not mandatory.
∎ Non experience personal must have received a two days long training programs on maintenance. Only selected personal will get proper training to be arranged by the company.
∎ Proactive mindset to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ethical stance and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Strong analytical, technical and presentation skills;
∎ Good interpersonal relationships.
∎ Ability to do any kind of challenging works.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with legal driving license.
