Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compiling, analyzing, and reporting marketing data
∎ Developing analytical insights per campaign reports
∎ Collecting data to measure & analyze return-on-investment across several
∎ key marketing and business initiatives.
∎ Work with Strategy team in the development of a testing agenda to optimize
∎ channels for maximum performance, leveraging iterative testing and data analysis.
∎ Generating marketing lists in support of outbound telemarketing and additional sales efforts as needed
∎ Review event confirmation form and ensure complete understanding of campaign goals and requirements.
∎ Tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions
∎ Analyze campaign results, identifying areas of success and opportunities for optimization
∎ Ensure campaign history is accurate and complete to facilitate reporting
∎ Collaborating with campaign teams to develop clear business and measurement objectives and work collaboratively with internal creative, account and search advertising staff to optimize campaign results
∎ Analyze outputs from each step, and based on campaign goals, provide data with recommendation to campaign owner.
∎ Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
∎ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
∎ Collating necessary data and performing financial, volume, and competitive analysis
∎ Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends
∎ Developing methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data
∎ Sourcing, analyzing necessary data to perform feasibility analysis of new business opportunities
∎ Deliver agreed reports and ad-hoc analysis. Partner in elements like revenue optimization programs, pricing evolution, account monitoring, sales force effectiveness, incentives, and resource allocations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 5 years' experience and knowledge of construction costing, analysis and planning processes, with project management experience, ideally in a big organization with varied businesses and having knowledge of different business sectors
