Job Context:

As part of our consultancy we also offer comprehensive training for IELTS preparation, fosters English language skills development, and serves as an Australian authorized IELTS and overseas students consultancy firm
∎ We are looking for IELTS instructors for our top IELTS training programs who can deliver IELTS training modules in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. In this position, you will typically be expected to teach 42 hours per week, and you are encouraged to prepare and develop study materials if there is no training session within your allocated working hours.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct IELTS training sessions using a structured curriculum, focusing on all components of the exam, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
∎ Administer placement tests to assess students' proficiency levels and design personalised learning plans based on their needs and CEFR guidelines.
∎ Provide clear and detailed explanations of IELTS test formats, scoring criteria, and effective strategies to help candidates improve their performance.
∎ Offer individualised feedback and constructive criticism on students' practice tests and assignments to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Utilise a variety of teaching materials and resources, including Cambridge publications and other reputable materials, to enhance the learning experience.
∎ Create a motivating and engaging learning environment that fosters active participation and encourages students to develop their English language skills.
∎ Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam developments, changes in test formats, and any modifications to scoring criteria, and incorporate this information into the training program.
∎ Collaborate with the student affairs team to address individual student needs and concerns and provide additional support when required.
∎ Stay abreast of language teaching methodologies and maintain CELTA certification.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages cultural awareness and respects the diverse backgrounds of students.
∎ Monitor the attendance, progress, and overall performance of students and prepare regular reports to communicate their achievements to management and parents when applicable.
∎ Encourage students to set specific IELTS score goals and provide guidance on developing study plans and strategies to achieve those goals.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program through student feedback and ongoing assessments, and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement of the curriculum.
∎ Demonstrate genuine interest and commitment to students' success and support them in achieving their desired IELTS scores to advance in their academic and professional pursuits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have at least three years of experience in teaching adults and be familiar with adult education methodologies. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and he or she should also be familiar with material development.
∎ Able to work for long hours until 6.30 pm
∎ Three years of IELTS teaching experience.
∎ Content writing and material development experiences will get priority.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
