Job Responsibilities:

∎ Develop individualized learning plans based on student assessments and CEFR guidelines.
∎ Educate students on IELTS test formats, scoring systems, and effective strategies.
∎ Deliver actionable feedback on assignments and practice tests.
∎ Utilize high-quality educational materials to enrich the learning experience.
∎ Foster an engaging and participatory classroom environment.
∎ Stay current on IELTS exam updates and integrate these into the training material.
∎ Assist students in setting and achieving IELTS goals.
∎ Continually assess and enhance the training program based on feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum IELTS score of 7 overall, with no band below 6.5
∎ Proficiency in the English language
∎ At least 2 years in language training or teaching
∎ Experience in Training Institutes is preferred
