B.Sc in IPE/ Textile Engineering from any reputed university or Masters in Science.

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• At least 2 year(s) working experience in same position.

• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.

• Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team.

• Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.

• Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, internet browsing.

• Instruct & implement the machine layout along with right manpower and attachment.

• Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.

• Time study, capacity study and follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures.

• Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment.

• Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.

• Non-productive time calculation.

• Report to the superiors.

• Coordinate with Sewing Line Chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job.

• Develop quality control process to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost.

• Setting up of lines so to help to achieve set targets.

• Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.

• Identify best performers and award incentive to deserving workers.

• Any others job assigned by management.
