Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
B.Sc in IPE/ Textile Engineering from any reputed university or Master’s in Science.

At least 2 year(s) working experience in same position.
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.

Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, internet browsing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Instruct & implement the machine layout along with right manpower and attachment.
Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
Time study, capacity study and follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and Costing.
Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
Non-productive time calculation.
Report to the superiors.
Coordinate with Sample team, Merchandising team and Production team & related job.
Develop processes to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost.
Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
Identify best performers and award incentive to deserving workers.
Any others job assigned by management.
