Responsibilities & Context:
To prepare operation breakdown, machine layout, arrange machines for the layout with the help of Manager.
Preparing Non-Balancing & Balancing graphs of the line by checking cycle times of each operator & helper.
To do time studies, production & capacity studies
Monitoring hourly production.
To do operator grading (According to company grading policies)
Maintaining skill inventories of each line.
Recording non-productive time (NPT) & taking action to reduce NPT.
Method development & implementation.
Reducing Non Value added processes.
Cooperation & Coordination with Production Manager & Unit Chief.
