Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare operation breakdown, machine layout, arrange machines for the layout with the help of Manager.
∎ Preparing Non-Balancing & Balancing graphs of the line by checking cycle times of each operator & helper.
∎ To do time studies, production & capacity studies
∎ Monitoring hourly production.
∎ To do operator grading (According to company grading policies)
∎ Maintaining skill inventories of each line.
∎ Recording non-productive time (NPT) & taking action to reduce NPT.
∎ Method development & implementation.
∎ Reducing Non Value added processes.
∎ Cooperation & Coordination with Production Manager & Unit Chief.
