Job Responsibilities:
∎ **Under the Direct Supervision of Principal and Vice Principal, the incumbent is required to discharge following duties:
∎ Guiding the school community ;
∎ Determining admission to the Diploma Programme;
∎ Working with Diploma Programme teachers;
∎ Scheduling Diploma Programme courses and the school calendar;
∎ Work in close collaboration with CAS coordinator and Extended Essay supervisor to ensure implementation of programme standard and practices;
∎ Ensure that the TOK teacher and the individual subject teachers collaborate in developing an understanding of the requirements of TOK across the DP;
∎ Articulating curricular expectations leading to the Diploma Programme;
∎ Registering students as examination candidates;
∎ Entering data on the IB information system (IBIS), including provisional grades;
∎ Student mark entry;
∎ Supporting students with assessment access requirements;
∎ Ensure that all teachers are following the correct procedures and practices in monitoring assessment tasks and sampling work to be forwarded to the IB;
∎ Designing a database for the IB community;
∎ Administering the Diploma Programme budget and teacher professional development;
∎ Organizing and completing the five-year programme evaluation;
∎ Student progression to further education;
∎ Programme implementation and development;
∎ Ensure that there is a clear and unified approach to planning, including collaborative planning;
∎ To ensure that the standard to which coursework is marked is established and monitored;
∎ Promoting the use of the online Curriculum Centre;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years leading experience as IBDP Coordinator in IB authorized schools and having experience of evaluation visit;
∎ IBDP leadership training is must;
∎ Expatriate candidate will be given preference;
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As it is contractual position so traditional benefits are not applicable.
