Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience Humanitarian programming, previous experience in Save the Children is an added advantage;
∎ Strong background in health and hygiene and Strong familiarity and substantial experience in promoting health and hygiene messages and good practices at the community level and institution level;
∎ Practical experience in public health promotion is required. In particular, experience and understanding of community mobilization in relation to water and sanitation activities and approaches e.g. PHAST, CLTS, CHAST and skills in the use of appropriate tools for dissemination of key hygiene message;
∎ Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in order to establish effective relationships with a wide range of audiences; skill on Rohingya language an added advantage;
∎ Willing to do field work in areas assigned;
∎ Good planning skills;
∎ Experience of working in NGO sector; preferred on humanitarian context;
∎ Perfect knowledge of local language;
∎ Community mobilization skills;
∎ Good knowledge on public health issues and promotion of hygiene.
