Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Health and Nutrition, WASH, Public Health or related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in the initial needs assessment at target communities level: carry out personal interview at household level, facilitation of focus group discussions,visits to sites and infrastructures, and meeting with key members of community.
∎ - Setting up and follow-up of hygiene promotion activities such as:
∎ • Direct animation of community hygiene promotion sessions
∎ • Identification, training and follow-up of activities of community hygiene promotion volunteers
∎ • Training of Trainers in hygiene promotion (to WASH committee members, teachers, health workers...),
∎ • Setting up of children clubs and hygiene promotion in schools
∎ • Supervision of cleaning campaigns
∎ - Follow-up of activities of community health workers
∎ -Ensure community mobilization in all field related to of water, hygiene and sanitation.
∎ -Oversee the distribution of hygiene, cleaning and water treatment kit for health centers, schools and families beneficiaries
∎ -Ensure that the hygiene promotion activities are made based on the quality
∎ standards established
∎ - Monitoring of hygiene promotion activities realized by local partners
∎ -Comply with Bangladesh law and follow all the procedures, compliance and documentation requirements
∎ -Weekly (or each time necessary) written and oral report for line manager,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years in a field related to public health, communication and behavior change.
Salary: Tk. 27500 (Monthly)
