Responsibilities & Context:

• Implement and strictly monitor hygiene and sanitation standards across all departments, including F&B outlets, central kitchens, stewarding, housekeeping, laundry, and public areas.

• Ensure full compliance with *HACCP*, food safety protocols, and Bangladesh health regulations.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly hygiene audits and inspections throughout the resort premises.

• Closely monitor buffet operations, live cooking stations, and banquet events to ensure safe food handling and presentation.

• Collaborate with Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and Housekeeping Manager to maintain world-class hygiene standards.

• Lead hygiene induction and refresher training programs for all employees, with a strong focus on F&B and stewarding teams.

• Supervise cleaning schedules, deep cleaning plans, and sanitation procedures for all operational areas.

• Ensure proper waste management practices in line with environmental and resort sustainability standards.

• Oversee pest control programs and coordinate with approved external vendors.

• Maintain accurate records of hygiene audits, temperature logs, cleaning checklists, and corrective actions.

• Investigate guest complaints or internal incidents related to hygiene and implement corrective measures immediately.

• Monitor chemical handling, storage, and usage to ensure safety compliance.

• Support internal and external audits, including brand audits and government inspections.
