∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ S.S.C Vocational diploma Refrigeration and air conditioning technology GED or suitable equivalent.
∎ 10+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
∎ Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.(Air Cooled Screw Chiller, Fan coil unit & Split type AC).
∎ Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
∎ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
∎ Ability to work after office hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short notice.
∎ Ability to work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems (Air Cooled Screw Chiller, Fan coil unit & Split type AC) and AC equipment.
∎ Identifying maintenance risks on HVAC equipment.
∎ Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
∎ Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
∎ Air cooled screw chiller and split type AC emergency repairs should performed quickly and efficiently.
∎ Providing HVAC technical direction and trained other technician.
∎ Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
∎ Occupational Health and Safety Act.
∎ Complying with service standards, work instructions.
