∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement HR policies and ensure they are in line with organizational practices.
∎ To manage and monitor the implementation of all administration-related activities.
∎ Establish and implement efficient systems and procedures to ensure prompt services and effective controls, including data/information and records, etc.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of the workforce by working with functional heads on a cross-functional staffing system.
∎ Managing payroll process.
∎ Managing employee compensation and benefits such as increments, promotions, etc.
∎ Coordinate with all team heads to enhance and implement a yearly Performance Appraisal system for all employees.
∎ Coordinate with functional Heads to identify the various training and development needs and organize the same with the help of external and internal sources and monitor the effectiveness of training.
∎ Manpower Planning according to the requirements forwarded by the production team.
∎ Vast knowledge of local Labor Law as well as ACCORD and ALLIANCE.
∎ Ensure Labor Law-related practices for the factory.
∎ Lead, coordinate, and support all activities of Social Compliance Audit.
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, and environment.
∎ Ascertain that factory is compliant 24/7 for any unannounced Audit.
∎ Ability to perform root cause analysis, failure mode effects analysis, and corrective action planning.
∎ Follow-up on and support continuous improvement on fire and structural safety.
∎ Maintain Compliance documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Must have Garments-related experience.
∎ Essential practical knowledge (preferably with training) of Labor Law and minimum wage rules.
∎ Practical experience in handling Compliance Audits independently.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented

Salary: Negotiable
