∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory management, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Inventory/Warehouse

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
∎ Receive and record incoming materials into the store and issue and record materials removed from the store.
∎ Ensure proper storage of materials within the store according to stock locations.
∎ Conduct monthly stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
∎ Perform critical inventory tasks to verify the correct amount of items in stock based on packing lists received when receiving consignments.
∎ Maintain accurate and updated records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
∎ Review documentation and monitor product codes to identify discrepancies.
∎ Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records and update stock cards accordingly.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
∎ Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum of one year of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics.
∎ Proficient with computers and standard office technology.
∎ Familiarity with enterprise resource planning software.
∎ Physical ability to lift 10-25 Kilos and perform various physical tasks such as sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling when required.
∎ Superior organizational and communication skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
