Job Summary: As an HR Executive Cum PS to Chairman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will support administrative functions, coordinate with various departments, and assist in maintaining a productive and organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have Fast Bangla & English Typing.
Maintain HR policy & Office rules properly.
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is tidy and functional
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Facilitate internal communication and act as a point of contact for various teams.
Complete properly work given by The Chairman.
