∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buyers COC, Factory Compliance, Garments HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a Time & Action Calendar.
∎ Identify root causes and enforce to solutions of any HR/compliance problems.
∎ Conduct compliance audits (Social, Technical and Security).
∎ Identify non-compliance issues caused by product and material.
∎ Manages and controls about the process of training system and training course for company’s staff.
∎ Maintain liaison with the buyer on different issues of social and ethical compliance and update the top management.
∎ Arrangement of yearly increment & promotion, Transfer, Deputation of the employment & also prepared of yearly Festival bonus.
∎ Preparing internal audit report and present audit findings to factory management.
∎ Day to day communication with the factory management and response the queries.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedure, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Design and develop audit tools, such as document checklists, forms and check points.
∎ Follow-up Attendance leaves and holidays.
∎ Follow-up Wages, overtime pay, allowance and other payments.
∎ Ensure legal Security policies and procedure, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Follow-up on Preparing & maintaining personal files and related documents for all employees of the companies.
∎ Arrange the training awareness Program.
∎ Maintaining & update ACCORD/Alliance Training, helping to CAP & Documentation.
∎ Regular communication building within factory and ACCORD in every months.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of worker beneficiary payments like maternity, final settlement, earn leave etc.
∎ Update all CAPS regarding regular audit process through the facilities.
∎ Maintain counseling, orientation, training & awareness program.
∎ Arrange training Orientation, awareness about compliance issue of the employees.
∎ Prepare daily floor monitoring report.
∎ Maintain HR activities.
∎ Maintain documentation regarding compliance.
∎ On requirement, maintaining and follow up emergency medical treatment (referred) for workers/employees.
∎ Maintaining and ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) to workers.
∎ Ensure health and Safety of employee etc.
∎ Ensure working environment of employee.
∎ Maintaining fire training, security guard orientation of security/safety personnel.
∎ Maintain preliminary interview of new workers.
∎ Work to solve any quarrel between workers to workers & staff to staff & staff to workers take necessary action as per company policy & Bangladesh Labor law 2006.
∎ Has to run daily job under ERP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with large garments industry.
∎ Good knowledge about BLL 2006, relevant local law and Buyer COC, electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.
∎ Fair knowledge on Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/ACCORD/ALLIANCE/BSCI/ SEDEX/WRAP/Environment/Oeko-tex/OCS/GRS/GOTS and other Certification Audits issues.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.
