∎ Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM/MBA in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support concern business partners from HR end
∎ Vacancy Requisition processing
∎ Employee on-boarding and welcome packet
∎ Regularization & taking schedule from concern HOD
∎ Time to time JD updating of employees-to prepare NOC & Invitation letter
∎ Grievance handling
∎ Resign & Exit process
∎ To validate employee information in HRM software
∎ Any other duty as and when required by the position
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate Knowledge on report preparation, meeting minutes, memo, letter, notice, order, circular, etc.
∎ Able to prepare and circulate letter or notice.
∎ In depth knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Good command in MS Excel and Word.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Able to work independently under pressure & self-motivated.
∎ Should have conceptual ideas.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate following activity internally and externally.
Salary: Negotiable
