Job Context:
∎ We are looking for HR Manager to manage our front desk and accounts . The selected persons should have combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead your team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid client service approach.
∎ Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR Team provides professional and friendly service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries
∎ Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
∎ Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages
∎ Ensure timely and accurate client service and handle complaints and specific client requests
∎ Maintaining the waiting area and issuing visitor passes
∎ Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
∎ Maintain and ensure the clean and tidiness of office
∎ Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Any other works deemed necessary for smooth functioning of routine office work

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ Computer literacy and expertise in MS Word, Excel and typing (both english & bangla)
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (both oral & written)
∎ Hands on experience with office machines, e.g PABX System, Scanning, photocopying, Printing etc.
∎ Basic knowledge of client service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures.
∎ Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager
∎ Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Problem-solving skills and Client Service attitude with excellent communication and people skills
∎ Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with clients, human resources managers and their staff at all levels.
