Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professional Competencies:
∎ Assigns HK Attended their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
∎ Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
∎ Coordinates work activities among departments.
∎ Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment to Team Members.
∎ Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
∎ Perform check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
∎ Give proper instruction to HK Attendant for Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary.
∎ Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff, ensure company standards are followed in welcoming and acknowledging all.
∎ Good Knowledge about MS Office Suite [ Word, Excel,] and Hotel Management Software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-7-year experience in the similar position with a Renowned Hotel/ Resort.
∎ By Attitude: Service Mindset, Smiley, Flexible & Team Player, Can do Attitude.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
