Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department of Jamuna Future Park.
∎ Coordinating and scheduling work assignments for housekeeping staff.
∎ Ensuring that all areas of the property are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
∎ Creating and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned regularly.
∎ Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
∎ Training and coaching housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
∎ Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with other departments and staff members.
∎ Conducting regular inspections of VIP areas and public areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
∎ Ensuring that all cleaning equipment and machinery are in good working condition and maintained properly.
∎ Handling guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services.
