Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate the work of maids, cooks, drivers, cleaners, and other household staff
∎ Prepare and manage daily/weekly task schedules for each staff member
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire home
∎ Ensure that all household chores and duties are completed efficiently and on time
∎ Report any issues or repairs needed in the house to the homeowner
∎ Monitor inventory and ensure timely purchase of groceries, cleaning supplies, and other household necessities
∎ Train and support new staff in understanding duties and routines
∎ Handle disputes or concerns among staff and maintain discipline
∎ Oversee special preparations during events, guest visits, or family gatherings
∎ Ensure safety, hygiene, and privacy standards are followed
∎ Maintain records of staff attendance, leaves, and performance
∎ The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all domestic staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the household. This role requires excellent leadership, organization, and time-management skills to maintain a clean, safe, and well-run home.
