• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, staff areas, and premises.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and manage procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services efficiently.
• Prepare departmental schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
