Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, staff areas, and premises.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory and manage procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services efficiently.
- Prepare departmental schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
